  • Service you with highly trained staff who are constantly updating their knowledge & skills.
  • Provide a written rental appraisal from our Property Management Team to inform potential investors, when requested.
  • Give the other agents in our office a full briefing of your property during our weekly sales meeting.
  • Copy of your photos and Building & Pest Report will be sent to you (where applicable).
  • Copy of your ads emailed or posted to you.
  • Present ALL offers to you so you are aware of level of interest shown from buyers.
  • Place a For Sale sign on your property (unless advised otherwise).
